I've ordered bulk items over the years, and their customer service is great. I've really appreciated their willingness to support buying clubs, expand green ethics at their farm, and find out what ingredients are in items so I can be careful of allergies. They also offer locally grown oils, non gmo and expeller pressed, and that's hard to find. Someday I'll visit them for real-thanks and keep up the good work.

Have been using their products for 20+ years. FIrst thru food coop, literally at the farm, then to the new store as it is now. THeir products are superion, their milling is exceptional with a variety that you can not find anywhere. The online catalog is getting much better. Their organic foods are excellent and fresh. THey have the difficult things like real rye flour or Kamut flour along with many other iterations of flour and flour milling. Highly recommended place to shop.

We really don’t know what we would do without you guys, so thank you for all these years (16 and counting!) and your dedication to getting us organic and sustainable food. We buy local, sustainable and organically grown food. You help us achieve that mission with all that you do. What would we do without Hartzler Butter or organic sugar and so many other hard to find ingredients that pass our test for sustainability. With such an easy process of ordering, low minimum order and friendly customer service, not to mention great personable and helpful drivers- it is hard to see why anyone would want or need to get one of those big commercial trucks filled with unsustainable products for their restaurant or shop. Frankferd Farms has it all!
